When I set out to build my own business five years ago, I encountered every barrier a woman could face...

I faced working-mother guilt. The pressure to conform to traditional women's roles. Imposter syndrome, despite being overly qualified. The chronic overwhelm & exhaustion from managing intersecting demands that men in equivalent roles never have to navigate.

When I went to look for support to navigate these barriers, I found resources either non-existent or woefully inadequate.

Everything focused on external strategies: Productivity hacks, Time management, Operational efficiency.

But nothing addressed the root issue: The psychological, emotional, and subconscious patterns that determined whether I could sustain this high-demand leadership without running myself into the ground.

But when I began working with clients (highly capable, intelligent, credentialed women), I saw the same patterns I had previously faced emerging within them too. These women had the skills, strategy, and external resources. But their brains were too overloaded to sustain the high-pressure, high-demand environments.

They were experiencing mental overload. Processing 47 high-pressure decisions at once. Inbox dread that made everything exhausting. Split presence. Never fully present at work or at home. Trying to lead firmly and assertively without being labeled as "bitchy".

So I chose to get support at the subconscious level...
